3/4 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Butter/margarine, melted
4 cup Bread crumbs, dried
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Lemon, diced, peeled
2 tbl Lemon rind, grated
1 tsp Paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
