Recipe for Sour Cream and Orange Dressing

Ingredients:

1 cup	sour cream
	grated zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tbl	lemon juice
1 tsp	sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix the sour cream with the orange zest and juice lemon juice and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill lightly then stir well before serving.

This is a delicious creamy dressing to serve with a green salad or even to top a fruit salad.

Makes 1 cup
