2 tbl	vegetable oil
2 tbl	honey
1/2 tbl	cider vinegar
1/2 cup	diced onion
2 tbl	buttermilk powder
1/3 cup	bread flour
1 cup	rye flour
1/3 cup	potato flakes
1 tsp	salt
2 tsp	yeast

Instructions: NOTES : I fiddled around and came up with this, which I thought was pretty darned good, but my mother says it comes close but gets no cigar. Shes still looking for a good sour light rye. I have a suspicion itll have to be sourdough or nothing for her, and since she cant keep a sourdough culture alive shell always have to buy hers.

But I enjoy this bread a lot!
