1 cup flour
3/4 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 x egg
Add raisins, chopped apples, nuts as desired. Mix the following and sprinkle

Instructions: Before baking: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 C. butter, 1/2 C. brown sugar Greased 8" pan Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
