2 cup	sourdough bread in 1/2" cubes
1 tbl	extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbl	fresh thyme leaves
	(or 1 tspn dried thyme)

Instructions:

Instructions: Toss all ingredients together and spread onto a cookie sheet and toast in a 375 degree oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
