Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
Have starter ready to use, reserve 1 cup.
Large bowl, put
Expanded starter 1 1/2 tablespoons dry yeast
1/2 cup wrist-warm water 2 tablespoons, honey, molasses or sugar
Stir to dissolve. Let sit 5 minutes. Add
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk 1/2 cup raw wheat germ
1 tbl granular kelp 1 cup bran
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix thoroughly. Using heavy spoon, stir in 7 cups white unbleached flour

Follow directions for White Bread, for handling dough. Bake preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until done.

Yield 4 loaves.
