1/2 cup	Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup	Bread flour
1/3 tsp	Cinnamon ground
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/2 tbl	Walnut oil
3 tbl	Maple syrup
3/4 cup	Sourdough starter
3/4 cup	Water warm or milk
	----------------- ADD AT BEEP ----------------
1/3 cup	Walnuts chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order, except nuts and raisins. Set "baking control" at 10 oclock. Select "white bread" and push Start. Add nuts and raisins at beep, 88 minutes into cycle.
