For best results, store in glass or pottery container (never metal). Wash container in scalding water to remove unwanted bacteria before storing starter. Keep in a cool place or store in freezer if not used soon. Tips for best sourdough cooking: 1. Avoid mixing batter too much. 2. Sourdough cooking requires slightly more heat than regular cooking. 3.
