1/3 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1/2 tbl butter or margarine
1/2 tbl white sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
3 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Add ingredients to bread pan in order suggested by your machines manufacturer. Select whole wheat setting.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: A whole wheat sourdough bread for the bread machine. The whole wheat flour adds a nice flavor and texture to your basic sourdough bread.
