Yields:
9x9 square pan

Mash gefilte fish with a fork. Add fish jelly, matzo meal, mayonnaise, egg, grated carrot and parsley. Pour in greased 9x9 inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until done.
