Ingredients:

2 lb yellow squash -- sliced
2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 can condensed cheese soup -- (10 3/4 oz), undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed -- (10 3/4 oz), undiluted
1 can chopped green chiles -- (4 1/2 oz)
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 lrg eggs -- lightly beaten
2 tbl taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 slc bacon -- cooked and crumbled
Cover and cook squash in a small amount of boiling water in a medium saucepan
Instructions:
Instructions: Excess moisture. Combine squash, tortilla chips, and next 6 ingredients, stirring gently; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bacon. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings.
