Instructions: In a medium saucepan, cook corn in boiling water to cover whisk a pinch of sugar had been added for 6 to 8 minutes or just until corn is tender.
Drain corn, cool, and cut kernels from cobs. In a medium bowl, combine corn, green onions, egg, celery, cilantro, and cornstarch, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
