Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Butter or spray a casserole or souffle baking dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir into butter and cook about 2 minutes to form a roux. Do not brown. Set aside and add sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika (optional). In a medium bowl, combine creamed style corn
(white), cream or Half & Half,
plus the 3 eggs, beaten. Combine. Add roux mixture, mixing all together well.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in center of preheated oven about 40 minutes or, until set and turning golden brown.
