1 cup Onions, diced
3/4 tsp Garlic, minced
3 tbl Oil (use the oil from frying the tofu)
1/4 cup Breading mixture left over from the main recipe, or unbleached flour
1/2 tsp Yeast, smoked
5 tsp Vogue Vegy Base
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute the onions and garlic in the oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the breading mixture, yeast, soup base, salt and pepper and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer.

Add half of the water, whisking it into the onion and flour mixture. When it thickens, add the remaining water, whisking to a light consistency.
