1/2 tbl Onion -- minced
1 dsh Nutmeg
2 tbl Green pepper -- finely
Chopped
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
3 tbl Margarine
2 x Egg yolks -- beaten
2 tbl Flour
1 lb Crabmeat
1 tsp Salt
8 x Patty shells -- baked
2 cup Half & Half
Mushrooms & parsley/
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Add flour and salt and cook 2 minutes. Gradually stir in Half & Half and stir until smooth.

Add nutmeg and mustard. Gradually add egg yolks, stirring constantly. Add drained, flaked crabmeat. Cook 5 minutes. Serve in individual baked patty shells and garnish with fresh mushrooms and parsley.
