Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Rub mixture all over turkey, including the cavity. Put turkey and remaining mixture in a plastic bag and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Get a large pot approximately 2/3 full of hot oil. Put in turkey and cover. Cook approximately 4 minutes per pound. Remove when done and carve.
