Instructions: Scald the cream in a double boiler, blend the flour with the milk and add to the hot cream. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Slowly add to the hot cream, add the vanilla and cook until thick. Cool, chill, stir in the peaches and freeze according to the directions of the ice cream maker.
