2 can Blackeyed peas (drained)
2 can Hominy (drained 1 white, 1 yellow
1 can (small) sliced black olives (drained)
1 can (small) sliced jalapenos (drained)
1 cup Chopped green or red bell pepper
1 cup Chopped green onions
3 x Fresh tomatoes chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Rinse all the "drained" items well. Then combine the "drained" items with all the other ingredients and marinate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
