1/2 tsp	chili powder
1/2 tsp	dried oregano
1/4 tsp	ground cumin
1/8 tsp	salt
3 cup	cooked long-grain brown rice
1/4 cup	diced lean ham (about 4 ounces)
1/2 cup	diced celery
1/4 cup	diced red onion

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl; stir well. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; stir in mayonnaise mixture.

Makes 4 servings.
