Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. If you have time, let the marinade sit for a while so the flavors can meld.
To use: Rub the marinade onto meat or chicken. Cover, and let it sit for one hour before you grill, broil or roast it. (If you plan to marinate for longer than an hour, do it in the refrigerator.) Use paper towels to pat the steak dry before you put it on the fire. Remember to turn the steak only once during grilling, so a nice char will develop. This recipe yields about 5/8 cup, enough for 4 pounds chicken or meat. Yield: 1/2 cup Email this Recipe:
