1/4 x	Green pepper, diced
1 stalk	celery, diced
3 x	Cloves garlic, minced or

1/2 tsp	Salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp	Pepper, or to taste
1/4 tsp	Tobasco or other hot sauce,

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for at least 10 minutes, but 20 - 25 is better.
