1/2 tsp Active dry yeast, 2 1/2 tsps.
1/2 cup Bread flour, 3/4 cup
3/4 cup Whole wheat flour, 2 2/3 cups
2 tbl Wheat bran, 3 Tbsps.
2 tsp Dried rosemary, 1 Tbsp.
1 tsp Salt, 1 1/2 tsp.
3 tbl Vegetable oil, 1/4 cup
3 tbl Honey, 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Instructions: Add all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Process on the basic or white bread cycle. R.B. - This made with the 1 1/2 pound amounts was an incredibly high light whole wheat loaf. We loved it. Can also try with other seasonings.

NOTES : Soutines signature loaf served at Fairway or Zabars in N.Y.C Slice and spread with mustard and mayonnaise. Fill with chicken salad or smoked turkey. Lamb or beef stew taste good with it too. Bobbies Notes: This was delicious. Try with other herbs as substitute for rosemary.
