Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onions, raisins, and parsley. Season with cayenne pepper, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, sugar, and salt and pepper. Mix well. Form into flat sausages around skewers. Lightly oil sausages; this prevents sticking to the grill.
