PUT liquids in small sauce pan on medium high heat. ADD pieces of ginger. SIMMER and reduce to approximately 1-2 teaspoons. REMOVE the ginger. WHISK in butter. Note: If you choose to use regular soy, use no salt in preparing any food that you intend to sauce. Email this Recipe:
