1 box	soy meat loaf mix
2 cup	Cooked macaroni
1/4 cup	Bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup	Onion, chopped
2 tbl	Butter
	Salt to taste
1/2 cup	Celery, chopped
2 cup	Tomato juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix meat loaf mix according to package directions, using tomato juice and bouillon cubes as liquid. Saute remaining ingredients; add to meat mixture, adding tomato juice as needed. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot.
