Instructions: Put the mushrooms into a saucepan with the margarine 2 tablespoons of water sherry or vermouth and soy sauce.
Heat until sizzling then cover and simmer for five minutes. Resist the temptation to lift the lid. Stir in the fromage frais or creme fra"che. Toast the ciabatta halves lightly on the cut side rub with the garlic clove and brush with the olive oil. Remove the mushrooms from the pan boil down any juices until slightly thickened and trickle over the mushrooms. Eat quickly so the toast stays crisp. Serves 2 Email this Recipe:
