Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3/4 cup boiling water
2 tbl soy sauce
1 cup TVP
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/4 cup green pepper chopped
1 x clove garlic minced
1/2 lb firm tofu mashed
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbl Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Yield 6 burgers

Mix together the boiling water and soy sauce. Pour over the TVP, cover, and let stand for about 10 min.

Mix together the onion, green pepper, and garlic in a microwave safe bowl, cover, and micro on HIGH for 1 minute.

Mix all the ingredients together, and form into 6 burgers. Oil a non-stick griddle with the oil, and brown the burgers on both sides. Let the burgers cool a few minutes before serving to firm up. Serve on toasted buns with all the fixings.
