1/2 cup	Lemon juice
2 tbl	Lemon juice
1 tbl	Brown sugar
2 tbl	Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp	Hot sauce
1 x	Cloves garlic (crushed) (up to 2)

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine ingredients together thoroughly. Use as a marinade before bbqing or broiling etc.

Yields about 1 1/4 cups.
