Ingredients:

1 tbl sugar
3/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder (Oxo)
1 tbl cornstarch
1/8 tsp crushed red chile flakes
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 x clove garlic minced
1 cup water
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp dry sherry
1 tbl sesame oil
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. low salt soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all but the sesame seed in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame seed. Let cool to room temperature before using. Store unused portions in the fridge for up to 1 month.

Yield 1 1/2 cups.

Dont let the yield scare you off, this dressing keeps a long time in the fridge. I like it on garden salad too.
