4 tbl olive oil
450 gm tomatoes skinned and quartered
1 x salt pepper
450 gm spaghetti
20 gm butter
50 gm grated Emmenthal cheese
50 gm grated Parmesan cheese
fish paste
2 tbl olive oil
25 gm anchovy fillets soaked and drained
8 x black olives stoned and chopped
150 gm canned tuna
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a pan add the tomatoes season with salt and pepper.

Stew covered over a low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for IO to 12 minutes until tender.

Drain.

Meanwhile make the fish paste.

Warm the olive oil in a pan (but do not let it get really hot).

Add the anchovies olives tuna with its oil and lemon juice.

Warm over a low heat but do not allow to fry.

Mash the ingredients to make a paste.

Heat the butter in a pan and toss the spaghetti quickly in it.

Serve the spaghetti in individual soup plates pouring the tomato sauce on top and placing some of the fish paste in the middle of each serving.

Mix the cheeses in a small bowl and hand separately.
