Instructions: Rinse the fish fillets in cold water pat dry with absorbent paper.
Dice the fish place in a shallow bowl and trickle the lemon juice over it. Season with salt. Melt the butter in a pan add the chopped vegetables and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the fish dust with flour stir add the wine and stock. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add the mussels tomatoes and parsley. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Drain and put into a hot dish. Pour the fish and sauce over the spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese. Email this Recipe:
