Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Add meat and cook until browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Cool and place in divided ice cube trays. Freeze until solid. To use: Remove as many cubes as needed for meal and heat over low heat until warmed through. Serve over hot noodles or pasta.
