Instructions: Cut spaghetti squash into large pieces, drop into boiling water, and boil about 15 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, remove the squash from the shell with a fork and put into a medium mixing bowl. Saute onion in margarine until transparent. Add to squash; add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Put into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degrees oven about 45 minutes, or until bubbling.
