1/3 cup Lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
3 tsp Sugar, Sweetener equivalent
1 tsp Vanilla butternut flavoring
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven 350. In large bowl beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, cinnamon, sweetener and vanilla butternut. Beat until well blended. Add sp. sq. to egg mixture, mix well. Pour into a casserole sprayed with your favorite veg spray(Pam etc). Sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned.

Serves 4, 164 cals, 7 grams fat
