Instructions: In saucepan, combine spaghetti, tomato sauce, and tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Add Madeira wine, ham, tongue, and mushrooms. Mix well, and cook for 10 minutes. Off fire, add grated cheese. Mix well.
