1 gal water
1 oz chicken base or bouillon
1 cup diced celery
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp sweet basil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 lb chicken breast meat cooked, diced
1 lb tiny meatballs
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Add chicken base. Stir to dissolve. Add celery, carrots, onions, spinach and basil. Simmer 10 minutes

Add meatballs, chicken and cooked spaghetti.

This recipe yields 1 gallon.

Comments: If you cant find tiny meatballs at the grocery store, you can use larger meatballs cut into quarters. If you make your own meatball mix, bake in oven and drain ahead of time.

Yield: 1 gallon
