Instructions: Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the garlic and chicken, cook for a further minute. Add the walnut or mushroom sauce and creme fraiche and cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
