Instructions: Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water as instructed on the packaging.
Drain and toss with 1fl oz of the olive oil. Meanwhile heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan. Cook the garlic until golden then discard the garlic. Add the spring onions chilli flakes and tomato to the oil and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and add the basil and spaghetti to the pan toss to combine season to taste. (No parmesan is required as the flavour needs to remain pure.) Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
