Instructions: Heat medium skillet over high heat. Add oil and heat 30 seconds. Add onion and cook until golden, 3 to 5 minutes. Add beans. Toss. Add 2 cups water. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, until green beans are tender and water has evaporated, about 45 minutes. Set aside. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions. While spaghetti cooks, melt butter in small pan. Add nuts and saute over medium heat until golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Add nut mixture to drained cooked spaghetti and to green beans. Toss well. Sprinkle with cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
