1/2 lb	shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 lb	cottage cheese
1/2 lb	sour cream
1 can	Spam, cubed

Instructions: Topping (crushed chips or buttered bread crumbs) is optional

Mix the whole mess together, turn into a 9X13 baking dish, add topping if youre dragging it to a potluck, and bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
