Instructions: Cook rotini according to package directions; chill. In a skillet, saute Spam over medium heat until lightly browned; cool.
In a large bowl, combine rotini, Spam, beans, corn, cheese, green pepper, onion, tomato and olives. In a small bowl, combine salsa, sour cream and mayonnaise. Toss together salsa mixture and Spam mixture. Cover and chill several hours. Spoon salad mixture over lettuce. Serve with chips. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
