Instructions: Combine Spam and cheese. Spoon meat mixture over 3 tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas. On a lightly greased griddle, heat filled tortilla over medium-high heat until soft and cheese is melted, turning once. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Serve with guacamole or salsa.
