Instructions: Melt butter in skillet; add mushroom slices and liquid. Cook until liquid has evaporated. Add minced onion and cook until yellow; add mushroom soup and milk. Stir until blended. Stir in salt, pepper, dry mustard and diced Spam. Blend in sour cream just before serving. Serve in toast cup, or over wide egg noodles or rice.
