2 lrg bay leaves

garlic powder

Instructions:
Instructions: In a zip lock bag; combine marinade, bay leaves, and a sprinkling of garlic powder and a pinch of sugar. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and garlic powder.

Put pork chops and marinade components in a zip lock bag and place in refrigerator to marinade for at least 4 hours.

Light grill; and remove pork chops from marinade. Discard marinade; grill chops to desired doneness.
