2 lb ground chuck
2 med onions chopped
2 x green peppers chopped
1 can tomatoes - (28 oz)
1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
1/2 tsp chili powder or to taste
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup rice uncooked
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Combine all ingredients in crock pot, stirring well. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours, or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
