Instructions: Fry bacon until crisp, drain half of grease. Add onions, cook until light brown.
Add garlic and brown if you use fresh. Add rice and brown lightly. Add tomatoe sauce, water, cumin and salt and pepper. Cook on med. Low until rice is almost done. Add more water if needed. When the rice is just about cooked add cilantro and green onions, and cook just a bit longer. Email this Recipe:
