Instructions: Saute rice in oil until golden brown. Put in crockpot with all remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hrs or on high 2-3 hrs. You can also substitute tomato juice for some or all of the water, depending on how much tomato flavor you want. I usually use about 2 c tomato juice
