Instructions: Place potatoes, stock and salt in a non-stick pan over high heat. When stock boils, cover pan, reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are tender and liquid has reduced.
Uncover and remove from heat. With a potato masher, mix potatoes until smooth. Stir in buttermilk, cheese and ham. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
