Instructions: In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Cook until smooth and bubbly. Stir in horseradish and parsley. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and lemon juice. Chill. Serve on baked potatoes. This topping is also delicious served over asparagus or broccoli.
