Instructions: In small bowl, combine espresso, sugar and liqueurs; mix well. Store mix in covered container in refrigerator.
For each serving, spoon 3 tablespoons of mix into small cup; add 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream and orange zest. Mix can be store several weeks in refrigerator. Yield: 8 2/3 cup servings. Note: *Orange zest is the colored outer peel of the orange. Remove with citrus zester or vegetable peeler. Cut into strips, if desired. Email this Recipe:
